A few years ago I walked around the Dalongdong area in North Taipei in the early morning. It's an older district of brick houses, window bars, streetside temples, ever present planes heading in to land at Songshan (less planes these days). It's probably the fastest changing part of the city. One of the places I drew here is already gone. I thought I'd record a bit of its classic mid century style before the rest of it goes
